A popular feature of our online services is our free Online Claim Status service. The Online Claims Status is a feature only available to providers who are contracted with HealthSmart Preferred Care, PPO Plus, or Beech Street networks.
Please remember that HealthSmart Preferred Care is a PPO used by multiple payors. We have a fast turnaround in processing complete claims, however, we do not pay claims. Please contact the payor or insurance company for issues concerning payment of claims.
